Wrong coffee shop information?

Provide the shop name, city, what appears incorrect, and a source confirming the correction. Verified business owners may manage eligible profile fields after signing in.

Business listings

Sign-in or account issue?

Use password recovery from the sign-in page. Accounts can be deleted from the app and from the dedicated web deletion page.

Reviews or loyalty?

Customer rewards require a signed-in account, and a participating merchant must verify eligible visits. Reviews may be moderated before being published.

Include the affected feature and relevant details, but never send passwords, QR token secrets or sensitive authentication codes.
